- Payment information: handled directly by our payment partners. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
Use of Information
- To process and fulfil your product orders and service requests.
- To manage your account, preferences, and customer support queries.
- To send order, delivery and batch-verification updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To evaluate and improve the performance of our website and services.
- To show relevant content and offers, including advertising on other platforms, where you have consented to it.
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
Legal Basis & Consent
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you place an order, create an account, submit a form or accept cookies, and for certain legitimate uses permitted under Section 7 of the DPDP Act, such as completing a purchase you have requested or meeting a legal obligation. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@pureserving.in or by changing your cookie preferences. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and we may be unable to fulfil an order if the data needed to deliver it is withdrawn.
Information Sharing
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- Your information may be shared, only as needed:
- With service providers who process data on our behalf: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment and checkout providers (such as Razorpay), courier partners, and customer messaging, review and order-tracking tools.
- With analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta and Microsoft) as described below.
- To comply with legal requirements or to prevent fraud or abuse of our services.
- If there is a breach of our Terms and Conditions that requires corrective action.
Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. Where this happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments and follow any transfer restrictions notified by the Government of India.
Sensitive Information
Payments on our site are securely processed by trusted third-party providers like Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card details. All payment-related sensitive data is handled directly by the payment gateway, under its own security and privacy terms.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working (for example, your cart), to measure usage, and, with your consent, for advertising. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website, such as the cart and checkout, from working.
Website Analytics, Advertising & Behaviour Insights
To understand how visitors use our website and to measure our advertising, Pure Serving uses the following tools:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads record pages visited, time on page, device type, approximate location and actions such as adding to cart or purchasing. This helps us understand how people use the site and measure ad performance. Google Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and produces heatmaps and session replays, so we can find and fix problems on the website. Clarity masks text you type into forms. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) records visits to our pages and actions such as viewing a product, adding to cart and completing a purchase. Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account to measure our ads and show you relevant ads on its platforms. Information such as your email or phone number may be shared with Meta in hashed (encrypted) form for ad measurement. Meta Privacy Policy.
We do not use these tools to identify you by name on our side. You can opt out at any time by declining cookies in our cookie banner, through your Google Ad Settings or Meta Ad Preferences, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Data Retention
Pure Serving retains customer personal data (name, email, phone, address) for a period of 3 years from the date of last transaction or account activity, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law (such as GST records, which are retained for 7 years per the GST Act). After the retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised. Where required, we will notify you at least 48 hours before erasing data held in an inactive account.
