What price will I buy at?
Wholesale pricing depends on your quantity slab and is shared on enquiry for both 30- and 60-softgel packs. Your exact slab price, GST breakup and freight estimate are on the proforma invoice before you pay.
What are the payment terms?
100% advance payment is required before dispatch for all bulk orders, by bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI) to the account shown on your proforma invoice. Orders move into processing only after payment is confirmed in our account.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes. MOQ is 100 bottles (1 carton). All orders must be placed in multiples of 100, as we dispatch carton-by-carton only. Partial carton orders are not accepted.
How does the agreement work?
When you submit the enquiry form and tick the terms checkbox, you accept our wholesale terms, covering resale price, online selling, territory and payment. No separate signing is needed for standard orders. Read the full terms at pureserving.in/pages/wholesale-terms-pure-serving.
Is there a price I must sell at?
No. You set your own resale price. We do not fix a minimum, recommended or maximum price. The only limit is the law: under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, no product may be sold above the MRP printed on the pack.
Can I sell on Amazon, Flipkart or other online marketplaces?
No. Wholesale supply is strictly for offline retail, clinics, gyms and physical distribution. Listing on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Meesho or any other online marketplace or quick-commerce platform is not permitted without our written consent. If this happens, we suspend further supply after written notice. Any paid order not yet dispatched is refunded in full.
How long until my order is dispatched?
Once payment is confirmed, your tax invoice is raised and your order is prepared for dispatch within 2 working days. Tracking number and batch COA are shared by email. Delivery time depends on your location and chosen courier.
Who pays for shipping?
The buyer bears shipping and freight charges. Pure Serving dispatches from Delhi, and courier options with estimated freight cost are shown on your proforma invoice before you pay.
What shelf life will my stock arrive with?
All stock is dispatched with a minimum 12-month shelf life remaining. Manufacturing and expiry dates are printed on every bottle, and the batch COA is shared at dispatch with no request needed.
What is your return and damage policy?
We do not accept returns of unsold stock, so please order based on your realistic sell-through. Transit damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof sent to b2b@pureserving.com. Verified damage claims are replaced or credited.
Do I need a GST number to place a bulk order?
No. GST registration is not required to buy from us. If you are registered, enter your GSTIN in the enquiry form and we issue a B2B tax invoice so you can claim input tax credit. If you are not registered, for example because your turnover is below the GST registration threshold, we issue a tax invoice in your business name and address. The same 5% GST applies either way, but unregistered buyers cannot claim it back as input tax credit. Interstate orders attract 5% IGST; Delhi orders attract CGST + SGST at 2.5% each.
