These terms apply to all retail partners, stockists, wholesalers, gyms, clinics, and institutional buyers purchasing Pure Serving products in bulk quantities of 100 units or more. For city or region distribution partnerships of 1,000+ units, please write directly to b2b@pureserving.com.
MOQ is 100 bottles per order. All orders must be placed in multiples of 100 (carton-by-carton). Partial carton orders are not accepted.
100% advance payment is required before dispatch. No credit terms are offered. Payment must be made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) to Pure Serving's registered account. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
All wholesale partners must adhere to the following minimum selling prices:

Selling below MAP in any channel โ online or offline โ is a direct violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination of supply without refund of any pending stock payment.
To protect end consumers from being overcharged, Pure Serving enforces a Maximum Selling Price on all wholesale partners. No partner may sell Pure Serving products above the following prices at any point of sale, whether offline or otherwise:

This policy exists to ensure fair and consistent pricing for all end consumers purchasing Pure Serving products through our wholesale network. Selling above MSP is a brand guideline violation and may result in termination of the wholesale arrangement at Pure Serving's discretion.
No online marketplace listing or e-commerce selling is permitted on any platform including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or Meesho. Pure Serving wholesale is strictly limited to offline retail, distribution, and physical stores only. Any violation will result in immediate termination of supply without refund.
Supply is restricted to the city/region declared at the time of enquiry unless otherwise agreed in writing by Pure Serving.
All shipping and freight charges are borne by the buyer. Pure Serving dispatches from Delhi. Delivery timelines depend on the buyer's location and chosen courier.
All invoices are raised with 5% GST (IGST for interstate, CGST+SGST for Delhi). A valid GST invoice is provided for every order. Buyers must provide their GSTIN at the time of enquiry for B2B invoicing.
No returns are accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to b2b@pureserving.com.
All stock is dispatched with a minimum 12-month shelf life remaining.
Pure Serving reserves the right to terminate any wholesale relationship immediately and without notice upon violation of MAP policy, MSP policy, online selling restrictions, or any other term stated here.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
